He seems to have no empathy: it's certainly not Keough's well-being he's worried about, so much as a missed opportunity to get laid, and when he starts carrying her Polaroid into women's toilets on the hunt for information, he gets treated like exactly the mad stalker he is. This movie just had a smart, sexy, stylish, strange vibe that really intrigued me. During a lengthy research period for a project I was working on, I went down a real YouTube rabbit hole. Mitchell has a lot to say and he's throwing everything at the wall and it's not all sticking, but the sheer ambition being shown is admirable.
